Requesting Items for Curbside Pickup

There are three ways to place a curbside pickup order: call the library at 413-283-3330, email help@palmerlibrary.org, or place holds online using our Catalog.

Scheduling a Curbside Pickup

If you’ve been notified that items your requested are available, please submit the form below to schedule a curbside pickup. Curbside is available each day from 30 minutes before the library opens to 30 minutes before the library closes. Please consult our hours before choosing a pickup time.

When scheduling a pickup, please note that we require at least two hours from when you submit the form to prepare your order. Please also note that requests submitted after 4:30 PM each day cannot be picked up on the same day.
