Don’t have a library card? No problem! Complete the form below to receive your Palmer Public Library card!

Your card gives you free access to a wide variety of resources, including museum passes, online research databases, and our extensive collection of books (including large print), books on CD, eBooks and eAudio, video games, movies and TV series on DVD and Blu-Ray, and items from our new Library of Things. Also, as part of the CW MARS system, your card works at over 150 libraries in Central and Western Massachusetts! You can even request items from another library to be picked up here in Palmer.

PLEASE NOTE: The form below is to either have your card mailed to you (expect about a week for arrival) or to pick it up from the main library desk in at least two business days from now. If you would like to receive your card immediately, please do not fill out this form, but instead visit our main library desk during our open hours.
