Parking
Additional parking is available in the municipal lot across Route 20, which is accessible via the driveway between the Warka Building and One Stop Liquors. In order to assure adequate parking for normal library operations, we encourage those attending group meetings or making longer visits to take advantage of this lot.
The library lot offers limited parking intended for short term use. On-street parking is also available.

Palmer Public Library is closed on the following holidays:
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (third Monday of January)
- President’s Day (third Monday of February)
- Patriots’ Day (third Monday of April)
- Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
- Juneteenth (June 19th)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Indigenous Peoples Day (second Monday in October)
- Veterans Day (November 11th)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
Palmer Public Library is partially closed on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Eve (fourth Wednesday in November): Open until 3:00PM.
- New Years Eve (December 31st): Open until 5:00PM.
